Our customer service team worked closely with you over a two-day period to address your concerns and provide assistance. The primary issue raised was dissatisfaction with the colourway of the boots received. However, the boots supplied matched the product ordered, and personal preference regarding a colourway or appearance is not considered a valid reason for a return under our return policy. For this reason, we were unable to approve the return request.
Regarding the damaged box, we understand your frustration. However, packaging can occasionally sustain damage during transit due to courier handling once a parcel has left our facility. This is unfortunately outside of our control and does not reflect the quality or condition of the boots themselves.
Despite being unable to process a return, we still offered a discount on a future order as a goodwill gesture. Throughout the process, we remained professional, responsive, and committed to you.
